The 9910 from Allegro is a Complete Tyvek Respirator Hood Assembly. The supplied air respirator hood is made of poly-coated Dupont Tyvek and is designed to be disposable. The supplied air respirator is ideal for bearded workers and does not require fit testing. It fits comfortably over the head and shoulders and has a large 6 in by 12 in. clear lens that provides a wide view of the work at hand. For a wide range of jobs including paint spraying, mold treatment, and lead or asbestos abatement, we also offerthat provide protection from many hazardous materials and skin irritants.
The Allegro 9910 Tyvek Supplied Air Respirator (SAR) Hood is made for work in dirty or toxic environments such as painting booths or asbestos abatement jobs. The hood comes with a waist belt assembly which clips around the chest to keep the hood from coming up and allowing potentially dangerous fumes or gases into the hood. The fact that the mask is disposable is perfect for jobs where cleaning or decontamination is difficult. Simply remove the down tube and clamp before disposing of the hood.
